Scheduling actions for our diagnostics may be moved or cancelled up to forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled meeting without administrative penalties.
7. Client Input Mandate

11. Boundaries of Liability

14. Force Majeure
Neither side shall be considered in default for interruptions caused by natural catastrophes, regional energy failures, general cyber breaches, or national emergency orders.
